The Academy is the red brick building on the corner of Logan Circle & 19th Street, one block from the Franklin Institute and across the street from the Free Library of Philadelphia.

From the North via I-95 South
From I-95 South take the ?Historic Area/Center City? exit. At the 1st light after exiting I-95 make a right onto Callowhill Street. Continue until turning left on 19th street. At the second light you are at the intersection of 19th street & Logan Circle. Continue ? way around Logan Circle. 

From the South via I-95 North & I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway)
Driving I-95 North, follow signs to I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway). On I-76 West take the exit for I-676/Central Philadelphia. and stay to the immediate right to take the first exit (Ben Franklin Parkway and 23rd Street) At the bottom of the ramp continue straight on Ben Franklin Parkway and around ? of Logan Circle.

From the Western Suburbs via I-76 East
On I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) follow signs for I-676/Central Philadelphia (exit is to the left) and stay to the immediate right to take the first exit (Ben Franklin Parkway and 23rd Street) At the bottom of the ramp continue straight on Ben Franklin Parkway and around ? of Logan Circle.

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike
From the Northeast Extension (476-southbound) or from eastern Turnpike (276-westbound) or from the west (76-eastbound). Take exit 25A to 476 South (Blue Route/Mid County Expressway) and follow signs for I-76 East. Take exit 24 for I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway)?see above for I-76 East.

From New Jersey
Via the Ben Franklin Bridge and Vine Street: Upon crossing the bridge you will be on Vine Street. Continue to stay in local traffic lanes (on the right hand side) until you turn left on 19th street. Proceed down 19th street ? way around Logan Circle and back to 19th Street again.
 

Via the Walt Whitman Bridge: From the Bridge take I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway) and follow directions above.
